• Complete payment as agreed
• Communicate respectfully with sellers

6. Fees and Payments

StudentBookHub is currently a free platform. We do not charge listing fees or transaction fees. All payments for books are made directly between buyers and sellers.

7. Limitation of Liability

StudentBookHub provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• The quality, accuracy, or condition of listed items
• The reliability or conduct of users
• The completion or outcome of any transaction

We are not liable for any disputes between users or any damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on StudentBookHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of StudentBookHub and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudentBookHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
